Jon Boyajian


As a principal of Echo Development Group, Inc. Jon is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and he manages the day-to-day operations for the company.  Jon’s responsibilities include deal procurement, project management and asset management for Echo’s portfolio of assets.

Jon’s career spans over twelve years and includes extensive experience in real estate development, property acquisition, corporate real estate consultation, tenant representation, and leasing.  With this wide breadth of experience and knowledge Echo is able to deliver best-in-class service to its tenants, investors, debt providers and many other strategic relationships that make Echo a trusted advisor time and again.

Jon has worked as a preferred developer for numerous national retailers including: Pot Belly Sandwich Works, Wendy’s, Noodles & Co., Starbucks, Chipotle, AT&T, Vitamin Shoppe, Panera Bread, Portillo’s Restaurants, Pie 5, Mattress Firm, American Mattress, and AAA Auto Care.  In this capacity, Jon was vital in the site selection process, helping to create new store objectives for his clients while working closely with municipalities, architects, sellers, contractors, lenders, and title companies to bring the projects to fruition.

Jon’s list of past corporate clients include: McDonald’s, Dollar General, Verizon Wireless, Fifth-Third Bank, Save a Lot, Sonic, Anna’s Linens, True North Energy, Flexeon Rehabilitation, and Front Burner Restaurants.

Prior to joining Echo Development Group, Inc., Jon served as Vice President of Development for a privately held Chicago-based development company.

Claire Pistek

Marketing Director

Claire enhances Echo Development Group, Inc. with her versatile skill set and her strong background in real estate marketing and account management. Before joining the team, she led the creative and strategic proposal-presentation process for a corporate real estate firm.

She currently plans and implements Echo’s property marketing. Always exploring innovative, new ways to present options with focus and visual impact, she custom-designs all marketing materials, including a detailed site plans, analysis, mapping, renderings and works closely with architects to ensure our client’s vision is brought to life through the facility. She also manages the websites, social media and e-mail campaigns for Echo Development Group, Inc.

Kush Patel


Kush M. Patel is an analyst at Echo Development Group. Before joining Echo, Kush worked with a local acquisition and development company where he oversaw sourcing, underwriting and closing transactions on behalf of this company.  Kush is also well versed in property and asset management. Kush maintains an excellent understanding of commercial real estate underwriting and has worked with programs at University of Tampa and has a degree from Harvard’s Real Estate Finance Certificate program.

Kush co-founded a small business called Cool College Cleaners, a pick-up/delivery laundry and dry-cleaning service at the University of Tampa. Upon graduating with a Degree in Entrepreneurship, he sold the business which turned out to be a success.
